An engineering org for founders — not another coding assistant

Ship an entire product. Not one file at a time.

Describe what you want. Thousands of AI agents fan out and build it in parallel — front-end, back-end, tests, and docs — then hand you small pull requests to review. Most of the work runs on free and open models, so you pay frontier prices only for the hard 20%. Your code and data stay on your own infrastructure.

Your data, your infrastructure

Everyone else built a coding assistant. We built an engineering org.

The rest of the field helps one developer write code a little faster. Agentic Flow gives one founder the output of a whole engineering org.

Thousands, not a handful

Rivals run a few agents and hand you one feature. Agentic Flow dispatches thousands at once — front-end, back-end, tests, and docs — and builds the whole product.

A company, not an app

Plan, dispatch, review, and ship from one screen. No standups, no handoffs, no hiring — you're the founder of a team that never sleeps.

Yours, not a black box

Self-host on your own infrastructure, set spend caps, and keep your code and data inside your walls. The one thing hosted rivals can't copy.

One sentence. Full product backlog.

Type "Build a SaaS with auth, billing, and an API." Agentic Flow breaks it into 20 clear tasks with descriptions and priorities, ready for a fleet of agents to build in parallel — from a single sentence.

You watch it happen live. Each task is built in isolation, so agents never step on each other — and if one fails, the rest keep right on going.

Built to not fall over at scale

Anyone can fan out a few agents. The hard part is a fleet that survives crashes, respects a budget, and remembers what it learned.

Goal → a fleet of missions

Describe an outcome in plain English. It plans the work into missions and dispatches a fleet of agents to build them in parallel.

Stacked, reviewable PRs

A goal fans out into related tasks that arrive as a stack of small pull requests — each built on the last, reviewed in order, and merged safely once checks pass.

Local-first, escalate the hard 20%

Routine work runs on local/open models — free and private. Only the complex ~20% escalates to a frontier model. Bring your own key, or your own Ollama.

Scales to thousands

A goal becomes many agents, run together with smart limits so nothing overloads — up to 2,000 agents working at once on a single server.

Every tool call, authorized

Agents reach external tools through a policed gateway — every action is checked against your rules before it runs.

Never goes down

Each agent runs on its own. If one crashes, the fleet keeps going — and after a restart, in-progress work picks up right where it left off.

Skills library

Nearly 2,000 ready-to-use, open-source playbooks from Google, AWS, Microsoft, GitHub, Anthropic and more. Import any repo from GitHub in a click, turn on the ones you want, and agents pick the right one for each job.

Runs anywhere

One simple install — self-host it or run it in the cloud. Your code stays in your own environment, on the desktop or your server.

Spend & action controls

Set a spending limit per team, control which tools and skills each role can use, and decide who can start a run or approve a merge.

A look inside

Real screens from the app — plan the work, draw on the biggest skills library anywhere, and connect the tools your agents use.

Built for GitHub teams

Your code and your agents should talk to each other. Agentic Flow connects directly to your GitHub repos — no third-party middleware, no Zapier tax, no broken syncs.

PR auto-advance

Merge a pull request and the linked card moves to "Done" automatically. No manual dragging.

Webhook events

Push, PR opened, PR reviewed, PR merged — every GitHub event updates your missions in real-time.

Branch linking

Every task card shows its linked branch, commit count, and PR status. Full traceability from idea to deploy.

MCP protocol

Full JSON-RPC API for AI coding tools. Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot can drive your agents and missions.

Tell it what you want.

Agentic Flow turns plain English into tasks. Try it.

What teams are saying

"We point agents at a goal, then just review the diffs. Three of us ship what used to take a whole team."

S
Sarah K.Engineering Lead, Verda

"The AI task breakdown is magic. I describe a feature and get a perfectly scoped sprint."

M
Marcus T.CTO, ShipFast

"We describe an outcome and come back to reviewed PRs. Ten agents working at once, and I never touch a board."

Rina P.Founder, NightOwl Labs

Frontier quality. A fraction of the bill.

About 80% of the work runs on free, local, and open models. Only the hardest ~20% escalates to a frontier model — automatically. Top-tier results, without paying top-tier prices on every keystroke.

Frontier-only tools $224.80
every task, full price
Agentic Flow · 80/20 routing $44.96
80% saved

Representative cost for 2,000 missions at the app's configured pricing. Run everything local and it's $0.

No surprise bills. You set the cap.

Set a monthly budget and per-role limits — agents stop before they blow it. No credits you can't see, no metering you discover after the fact. Unlike tools that bill you for work you've already triggered, the spend is yours to control.

Free to start. Scales when you're ready.

Self-host free forever. Every paid seat runs the 80/20 router — most work on local models, so you pay ~80% less inference than frontier-locked tools.

Desktop app. Native speed.

Same Agentic Flow you love in the browser, wrapped in a native window. No tabs to lose. No URL bar. Just the flow, full-screen and instant.

Always up to date — the desktop app loads your Agentic Flow server directly. Zero frontend duplication.

Questions? Answers.

Is it really free?

How does the AI work?

Bring your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or Groq) and get unlimited AI on every plan — even Free. Agentic Flow breaks down goals into tasks using your key. Each agent gets its own lightweight process on the server — always on, crash-proof, and supervised. You never pay Agentic Flow for AI usage.

How deep is the GitHub integration?

Webhooks for push, PR, and review events. PRs auto-advance linked cards. Branch names link to tasks. MCP protocol lets AI coding tools drive your agents and missions directly.

Can I migrate from Jira or Trello?

API and MCP endpoints are live now. CSV import and direct Jira/Trello migration tools are on the roadmap.

What's the tech stack?

Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, PostgreSQL, and PubSub. The same stack that powers WhatsApp-scale real-time systems.

Is there a desktop or mobile app?

Yes! Native desktop apps for Mac (.dmg) and Windows (.exe) are available now — they load your Agentic Flow server directly so every update is instant. On mobile, Agentic Flow is a fully responsive PWA with offline support and touch-optimized drag handles.
