By using Agentic Flow you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Agentic Flow is an agent control plane for orchestrating coding agents across models, integrations, and skills. Features, limits, and pricing may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.
Agents can write code, open pull requests, and call connected tools. Output is generated by models and may be wrong — you are responsible for reviewing it before it ships. You configure spend caps, role budgets, and review gates; we provide the controls, you set the policy.
When you connect a model provider or MCP integration, your use of that provider is governed by their terms, and their charges are yours. Trademarks and logos shown are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are stated at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindtrades is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
